What is your AIM/messenger username and email address? :

Well, I can't say I'm on them all the time, but my AIM: P0IIyWantsCrack and UmbrellaCORPchic [yes, weird name, I know. It's from a video game]. My email is UmbrellaCORPchic@aol.com or Augurey@mugglepost.com. You'll get to me much faster if you email me at the first one. :D

What are your hobbies and interests outside of Harry Potter?

Wait, there's a world outside of Harry Potter?! XD Just kidding. I enjoy reading, writing [but I'm not the best at it. I feel I am inadequate and constantly edit my work, tweaking it to a perfection I know I will never reach. Eventually I get frustrated and just delete it. *Sighs* Happens every time], LJ, going on the computer [I'm a computer geek!], drinking margaritas while gettin' caught in the rain [pina coladas will do, too. ^_~], walking on moonlit beaches which don't exist here, traveling [I don't get to do it much, sadly], hanging out with friends- You know, the usual teenage stuff. Music is a big part of my life. It's on as much as possible [I can't sleep without it on!] and my life pratically revolves around it.

Yup, those are my interests in a nutshell.

What is your favorite book( s ) outside of Harry Potter?

You know, any question that begins with, "What is your favorite..." is always a bad one to me because it's so hard to choose one! Hm, well, let's see... I like LOTR, The Hobbit, Chronicles of Narnia, Bat-21, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Junkie, Night, Vanity Fair, pretty much anything Anne Rice and Stephen King, To Kill a Mocking Bird, The Catcher and the Rye, Hiroshima, The Hundred Secret Senses, and much more. I've been meaning to read The Da Vinci Code [and other Dan Brown books] and 100 Years of Solitude.

What is your favorite quote?
Like I said above, I can't choose favorites, so here are a few...

A sense of humor is part of the art of leadership, of getting along with people, of getting things done- Dwight D. Eisenhower. This is very true. If you have a sense of humor, it is much easier to work with people and direct them rather than being uptight and strict. No one wants to work for a crabby, severe boss!

There is no light without darkness-Unknown. I wish I knew who said this, or even the exact quote [I doubt this is the precise wording] because I really do love this quote. Just think about it and you'll realize it tells no lies.

Live like you're dying because tomorrow is never promised- Unknown. There are so many people out there who take life, each individual day, for granted. People assume we'll be here tomorrow, groggy as we awake in our warm beds, but nothing guarantees that we will.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear - Mark Twain. This is a very Gryffinpuff quote [more on the Gryffindor side, actually]. People mistake courageous people as fearless, but in reality, those are two totally different things.

What do you most look forward to doing in this community?

Just being as active as possible! I'm really excited about getting to sort people and I love making new friends. :D

What is the most important thing we should know about you?

Well.... My parenthises are brackets and I do "XD" too much. I may be exceedingly friendly and overbearlingly nice. I've been told my personality comes off a bit too strong, so this is my warning to you guys. ^_~ I sometimes abuse commas, but they know they like it. I suppose that's all you need to be warned about know about me.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I'm addicted to fanfiction [*coughrecommendationsarewelcomedcough*], homemade pizza, grapes, and pinnapples. I'm really happy to be a Gryffinpuff, I couldn't see being anywhere else. Oh, and also, sorry if I came off a bit too strong in my application. My writing reflects my mood, so that might give you an idea about how I was feeling when I wrote that. ^_~ I'm very fond of Ronald Weasley and Draco Malfoy. :D

And I'm not suppposed to be on the computer right now. *Shifty eyes* *Runs downstairs*
